摘 要:本研究通过光合参数和荧光定量PCR的测定来分析甘蔗不同组织丝氨酸/苏氨酸蛋白激酶基因家族的表达。研究结果表明,乙烯利对九月龄甘蔗光合作用影响不大,对光合产物的积累和转化,糖代谢的信号调控的影响微弱;通过分析STK基因家族在甘蔗各组织中的组织表达差异时发现,多数基因是在鞘和嫩叶、嫩茎中表达量较高,且STK2、STK7在茎中表达量高,STK3在老叶中表达量高,STK5的嫩叶表达量高。The study tried to investigate expression and analysis of serine/threonine protein kinase(STK) gene family by photosynthetic parameters and real-time PCR analysis in different organizations of sugarcane. The results showed that ethephon had little effect on the photosynthesis accumulation of photosynthetic products and transformation, regulation of glucose metabolism. By the expression and analyzing of STK gene families in sugarcane tissue, most genes were expressed in sheath and leaves. In tender stem volume, the impacts of STK2 and STK7 were highest, and the expression of STK3 and STK5 was highest in old leaf and new, respectively.
