脑梗死患者血浆中ET和D-2聚体含量变化及临床意义

摘　　要：目的　探讨内皮素 (ET)和D - 2聚体在脑梗死中的作用。方法　分别采用放射免疫分析法和乳胶凝集法测定ET和D - 2聚体含量。结果　脑梗死患者血浆ET和D - 2聚体含量显著高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,且中重型脑梗死组患者两者均显著高于轻型组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,有高血压病史脑梗死组血浆ET和D - 2聚体显著高于无高血压病史组。结论　脑梗死时血浆ET和D - 2聚体均增高并与病情严重程度相一致 ,且脑梗死合并高血压时两者亦增高。Objectives To investigate the effects of endothelin and D-D on cerebral infarction.Methods Plasma levels of ET and D-D were seperately measured by radiaimmunoassay and colloidal agglutination test.Results Plasma levels of ET and D-D were all increased significantly in cerebral infarction than those in the normal controls(P<0.01),and of these levels in the moderate and serious cases were higher than those in the slight cases.These levels were also higher in cerebral infarction with hypertension than those without hypertension.Conclusions In cerebral infarction the increase of plasma ET and D-D was in accordance with the severity of the disease.And in cerebral infarction with hypertension these two levels were increased.
