晚期胰头癌全植入式化疗效果观察

摘　　要：目的　探讨全植入式 (drugdeliverysystem ,DDS)灌注化疗在晚期胰头癌病例的使用方法和临床疗效。方法　将 1995～ 1999年 30例晚期胰头癌病例分成 2组 ,A组 (12例 )在行减黄、胃肠吻合等姑息性手术的同时 ,作DDS灌注化疗 ;B组 (18例 )不加做DDS ,两组进行对比观察。结果　A组 (DDS组 )疗效明显优于B组 (非DDS组 ) ,特别是带瘤存活率 (P <0 0 1)。A组术后的存活期最长达 1 5年。结论　晚期胰头癌使用DDS灌注化疗 ,可以改善临床症状。Objective To evaluate the chemotherapy effect and implantation techniques of implanted drug delivery system in patients with late carcinoma of head of pancreas.Methods 30 patients from 1995 to 1999 were randomly divided into two groups.Group A:12 cases received implanted drug delivery system after cholangiotomy and gastroenterostomy.Group B(without DDS group):18 cases didn't receive DDS.Comparison was made between curative effects of the two groups.Results Curative effect in A group (DDS group),especially survival rate,is significantly superior to that in B group(without DDS group)(P<0.01).The longest survival time after operation in A group is a year and a half.Conclusion The chemotherapy of DDS in late carcinoma of head of pancreas can improve clinical symptoms and prolong the mean survival time.
