对提高保胆取息肉术后患者生活质量的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨提高内镜微创保胆取息肉术后患者生活质量的方法。方法回顾分析2009年2月-2012年9月251例内镜微创保胆取息肉术患者的临床资料。结果251例患者均成功完成手术，术后5例出现腹痛腹胀，3例出现恶心呕吐，1例出现腹泻，2例出现切口感染，经积极对症处理后均痊愈出院。随访3～40个月后复发2例，复发率为0．8％。2例出现消化不良，3例出现右上腹不适，1例出现切口疝。结论严格把握手术适应证，注意治疗过程中的每一个细节，努力减少术后并发症的发生，积极药物干预，科学的饮食及心理指导有利于患者术后生活质量的提高。Objective To investigate how to improve the patient＇ s quality of life after endoscopic mini-invasive polypectomy with gallbladder preservation. Methods The clinical data of 251 patients, who had undergone endoscopic mini-invasive polypeetomy with gallbladder preservation due to gallbladder polypus from February 2009 1：o September 2012, were retrospectively analyzed. Results All the 251 patients succeed in the operation. The postoperative complications included abdominal pain and distension in 5, nausea and vomiting in 3, diarrhoea in 1 and infection in 2 cases, which were all cured after symptomatic treatment. During the postoperative follow-up of 3 -40 months, there were 2 （0.8%） cases of recurrence after operation, 2 cases of dyspepsia, 3 cases of right epigastrie discomfort and 1 case of incisional hernia. Conclusion The indications of polypectomy should be strictly grasped and the details of the whole treatment process should be paid attention to. Positive drug intervention, scientific diet and psychologi- cal guidance are all useful for improving the life quality of the patients who have undergone polypectomy.
