摘　　要：目的:分析恶性肿瘤并发贫血的相关因素。方法:回顾性分析160例恶性肿瘤患者的临床资料,综合性分析肿瘤类型、分期、化疗、性别、年龄等因素与恶性肿瘤合并贫血的相关性。结果:160例肿瘤患者中有78例存在贫血,贫血发生率与性别、年龄无关(P>0.05),消化系统肿瘤贫血发生率高于其它部位实体瘤,肿瘤患者病理分期不同其贫血发生率也不完全相同(P<0.05),接受化疗的患者贫血发生率明显高于未接受化疗者(P<0.005)。结论:恶性肿瘤患者贫血的发生与肿瘤类型、病理分期及化疗相关。Objective：To analyze the relevent factors of anemia in cancer patients.Method：The clinical data of 160 patients with malignant cancer were retrospectively analyzed for the possible relevent factors including tumor types,clinical stage,treatment method,gener and age.Results：Of these 160 cases,78（48.75%） had anemia.The incidence of anemia between different gender and age was not significiant（P＆gt;0.05）;The prevalence of anemia was higher in digestive system tumor than the other types of cancer.Different clinical stage of tumor and chemotheraphy were also found to be related with anemia（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion：The occurrence of anemia in cancer patients has significant correlation with tumor types,clinical stage and chemotherapy.
