摘　　要：目的探讨Z250复合树脂修复牙体楔状缺损的临床效果。方法选取本院2011年1月至2012年6月间收治的46例(58颗牙)牙体楔状缺损患者的临床资料,所有患者均采取Z250复合树脂修复治疗,随访观察临床疗效。结果修复后随访1年发现,修复成功54颗,修复失败4颗,修复成功率为93.1%。结论 Z250复合树脂修复牙体楔状缺损临床效果好,修复成功率高,值得临床进一步推广使用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Z250 composite resin restoration in dental wedgeshaped defect. Methods A retrospective analysis about clinical data of 46 patients （58 teeth） of wedge-shaped teeth defect in our hospital from 2011 January to 2012 June was operated, all patients were treated by Z250 resin composite restorative treatment, by following up observed the clinical effect. Results Following up 1 years after treatment found that 54 cases repair successfully, repair failure in 4 cases, the success rate of repair was 93.1%. Conclusion Taking Z250 composite resin restoration in dental wedge-shaped defect has good clinical effect, high success rate, it is worthy of further clinical application.
