摘　　要：随着国家医药卫生体制改革地逐步深入,各级卫生行政管理部门及各类医疗机构已开始关注和思考未来的发展战略.而卫生事业发展“十二五”规划的正式启动也为各类医疗机构在自身定位、发展目标及战略转型等方面指明了方向.本文从上海市医疗行业人才管理的角度,结合上海市卫生人才发展规划,通过“规范化”、“统一化”、“一体化”、“公益化”的四化措施,强化临床医学人才支撑,从而加快上海市建设亚洲医学中心城市的步伐.With the deep development of national health care system reform,health administrative departments at all levels and all kinds of medical institutions have started to pay attention to and think about future development strategy.The official start of ＂ Twelfth Five-Year Plan＂ of health development had pointed directions in the self-positioning,development goals and strategic transformation for all types of medical institutions.This paper discussed four measures of ＂normalization＂,＂unification＂,＂integration＂and ＂public interest＂,combined with the Shanghai Health personnel development planning from Shanghai medical industry talent management perspective.Thus it will strengthen the support of clinical medicine talents,so as to speed up Shanghai construction of Asian Medical Center City.
