摘　　要："数字湖北"地理空间框架首次实现了湖北省基础地理信息的全覆盖,是湖北省权威的地理信息公共服务平台。在其建设和实现中,电子地图的符号化是一个重要环节。做好地图符号化,提升制图表达效果,将为用户提供更加良好的作业环境和应用体验。针对这一问题,在总结实践经验的基础上,对"数字湖北"电子地图符号化实现技术进行了探讨。The Digital Hubei geographical space framework which is completely covers the basic geographic information of Hubei province, is the most authoritative geographic information public service platform in Hubei province. In the construction of the Digital Hubei geographical space framework, the symbolization of the electronic map is an important element. The map symbolization and map representation will provide users with good working environment and application experience. In view of this problem, this paper summarized the practical experiences, and discussed the map symbolization technology in the construction of the Digital Hubei.
