摘　　要：通过分析肿瘤专科医院的特点,肿瘤专科医院与综合性医院行政总值班职能相比较的特殊性,指出行政总值班工作中常存在的问题,提出建立行政总值班培训制度、考核评价机制,加强信息化管理等以保障医院运行和医疗安全。Through analyzing the specialized features of cancer hospital,special function of administrative general-on-duty between specialized cancer hospital and comprehensive hospital,some problems are pointed out in the article. Meanwhile,establishing general-on-duty training system, assess and appraisal system,strengthening informationization management is put forward to ensure regular hospital operation and medical safety.
