摘　　要：以提纯的嗜水气单胞菌胞外蛋白酶 (ECPase)注射异育银鲫 ,鲫鱼出现典型的由嗜水气单胞菌引起的败血症症状 :病鱼体表充血、出血 ,鳃苍白 ,腹部膨大 ,肛门红肿突出 ,腹腔内有红色的腹水 ,肠壁充血发炎 ;背部肌肉注射部位发生液化、糜烂 ,鳞片竖起。病鱼各组织器官都有病变 ,其中尤以肝、肾最为严重 :肝脏肿大 ,质地脆弱 ,肝细胞水肿 ,胞浆结构疏松 ;肾小体坏死以至解体 ,肾小管上皮细胞也发生病变。体外试验表明 。The extracellular protease(ECPase)of Aeromonas hydrophila, prepared by DEAE 52 and Sephadex G 100 were lethal to Carrassius auratus ibelio when injected intraperitioneally or intramuscularly.The injected fish out came the similar characters to natural diseased ones,and their typical symptoms were as follows:body surface congested,anus swollen and red with inflated abdomen,and a great quantity of ascites in abdominal cavity.ECPase could cause an alterative pathological changes in fish liver and kidney.It was demostrated in vitro that a serum component had the capability of neutralizing the toxic effect of ECPase.
