摘　　要：目的 :探讨IAP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效及毒副作用。方法 :采用IFO、ADM、PDD组成IAP方案治疗31例晚期非小细胞肺癌。结果 :完全缓解2例 ,部分缓解14例 ,总有效率51.61 % ,主要毒副反应是中度胃肠道反应及骨髓抑制。结论Objective: To study the effectiveness and toxicity of IAP regimen in advanced non-small cell cancers. Method: 31 cases of advanced non-small cell cancers were treated with a combined IAP regimen of IFO, ADM and PDD. Results: 2 cases were relieved completely and 14 were partially relieved, the total effective rate being 51.61%. Major toxicities included moderate vomiting, nausea, and neutropenia. Conclusion: It is shown that IAP regimen is effective in treating non-small cell lung cancers.
