蛛网膜下腔出血患者血浆ET-1水平的动态变化及临床意义

摘　　要：为探讨血浆内皮素 (ET- 1)与蛛网膜下腔出血 (SAH)发生、发展的关系 ,对 2 8例 SAH患者 (SAH组 )的 ET- 1水平动态变化进行了观察 ,并与 30例健康人 (对照组 )进行比较。结果显示 ,SAH组发病 1～ 14天 ET- 1浓度明显增高 ;伴脑血管痉挛 (CVS)者第 7天、14天血浆 ET- 1浓度均明显高于不伴 CVS者 ;出血量多者血浆ET- 1浓度较高。认为 ET- 1参与了 SAH的发生、发展 ,测定其浓度可为监测 SAH病情、出血量及判断有无The changes of endothelin 1(ET 1)levels in 28 patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH group)were observed and compared with those of 30 controls(control group).Results showed that the ET 1 of SAH group was higher in 1～14 day after attacking disease The levels of ET 1 in patients with cerebrovascular spasm(CVS)were higher than those without CVS on day 7 and 14;The more of the amount of hemorrhage,the higher of the level of ET 1 It suggest that determination of the level of ET 1 allows for detecting the condition of SAH,the amount of hemorrhage and diagnosis of CVS in patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage
