摘　　要：分析《圣经》的语言、典故、意象等在文学作品中的借用以及探讨作品所涉及的基督教的罪与救赎、爱与宽恕等思想,可以更好地理解作者的写作意图及其所表达的思想内涵,进一步体会基督教文化对英美文学的深远影响。Christianity has a great influence on English and American literature. Based on the analysis of the usage of biblical sentences, allusions and images in literary works and the analysis of Christian thoughts on sin, redemption, love and forgiveness involved in literary themes, this article aims at a better understanding on the influence of Christian culture on English and Ameri- can literature, so that the writing intention and the thoughts of literary authors could be better understood.
