摘 要:自主支持是个体基本心理需要满足的一种重要情境因素。为了探讨大学生感知教师自主支持与其基本心理需要满足程度的关系,随机选取350名大学生采用《学习气氛问卷》和《基本心理需要满足问卷》进行调查。结果表明:大学生感知教师自主支持在年级和学科上存在显著差异,但在性别上不存在显著差异;大学生感知教师自主支持与基本心理需要的满足程度有显著正相关,大学生感知到教师的自主支持越多,基本心理需要越容易满足;较少使用控制行为和多给学生提供选择机会是满足基本心理需要的两个主要因素,这说明使用自主支持的作用。Autonomy support is an important situational factor for basic psychological needs. This paper is aimed to examine the relationship between autonomy support and basic psychological need satisfaction of college students. Three hundred and fifty undergraduates were measured with The Learning Climate Questionnaire and Basic Need Satisfaction in General. The results show that perception autonomy support of college students differs in grade and subject, but there is no significant gender difference in autonomy support. In addition, there is a significant positive correlation between percep- tion aautonomy support and the basic need satisfaction. It is easier to meet the more basic psychological needs if college students perceive teacher's autonomy support. Moreover, fewer controlling behaviors and more choices to students are the two factors for basic psychological needs of students. It is suggested that autonomy support strategy should be taken into consideration in future research and practice.
