摘　　要：高校网络法学文献虽然在不断地增加,但实际利用率普遍偏低,尤其外文法学数据库的利用更是寥寥无几,除法学院师生专业外语水平有待提高之外。其原因在于师生缺乏高质量的培训,改进的办法包括提高网络法学文献检索与利用的培训质量,使师生熟悉外文数据库的检索流程与检索方法,利用数据商的专业培训资源,编译专业的外国法学信息摘要等。The online law databases are increasingly available in Chinese law schools. Meanwhile, their actual use rate remains low, especially for foreign law online law databases and the low quality o databases. The reasons lie in the low quality of guiding courses for the use of f foreign languages capacity of the teachers and students. The paper proposes that the quality of guiding courses be improved, which may include the use of the training courses provided by database suppliers, and the Chinese digests of classified foreign law databases be introduced in law schools.
