高校学生党员发展工作的现实顽疾及对策分析

摘　　要：如何在保质保量的前提下加大高校学生党员发展力度,一直是困扰高校党建工作的难题。文章针对高校学生党员发展工作中存在的现实顽疾,从组织建设、队伍建设、制度建设、标准建设、程序建设、创新建设六个方面入手,分析成因并给出合理的应对之策。How to develop the college students rapidly together with the quality and quantity is the problems which have puzzled the party construction in colleges for quite a long time. This article aims at the real drawbacks. The writer has tried to give some suggestions to perfect the real drawbacks in the aspect on organization building, team building, institution building, standard construction, program construction and innovative construction.
