摘　　要：自1999年高校扩招之后,中国的大学毕业生面临着一个最主要的问题就是就业问题。本文通过了解地方高校毕业生的现状,进而分析造成这种状况的原因,包括对高校规模扩张、高校人才培养模式与地方经济发展相脱节,以及毕业生自身等方面论述,最后针对这些因素制定具体的措施。Universities have begun enrollment since 1999, Chinese graduate students have to faced a major problem is the employment. At the first time, this thesis present the actual situation of graduate students who are come from local university; and then analysis the reason for this situation, which is including the expansion of college, personnel training mode disconnect with the local economic development, as well as other factors of graduates themselves; at last formulate some specific measures to make local universities have a better development
