那素达滴眼液联合氟米龙滴眼液治疗严重春季角结膜炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察那素达滴眼液联合0.02%氟米龙滴眼液治疗严重春季角结膜炎的疗效和安全性。方法使用那素达滴眼液联合0.02%氟米龙滴眼液治疗84例(治疗组,168眼)严重春季角结膜炎患者,0.02%氟米龙滴眼液治疗84例(对照组,168眼)严重春季角结膜炎患者,治疗7d、14d进行观察比较。结果治疗组7d、14d疗效经统计学分析,认为在早、晚期(7d、14d时)差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论那素达滴眼液联合0.02%氟米龙滴眼液治疗严重春季角结膜炎疗效优于单用0.02%氟米龙滴眼液。Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of the element of eye drops combined with 0.02% fluo- rometholone eye drops in the treatment of severe vernal keratoconjunctivitis. Methods Used the element of eye drops com- bined with 0.02% fluorometholone eye drops in the treatment of 84 cases （treatment group, 168 eyes） with severe vernal kerato- conjunctivitis,0.02% fluorometholone eye drops in the treatment of 84 cases （control group, 168 eyes） as the control group for comparison. Results 7d, 14d＇s efficacy of statistical analysis in the treatment group were significant different in the early, latedays （Td, 14d） （P〈0.01）, effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group and the difference was sta-tistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Effect of the element of eye drops with 0.02% fluorometholone eye drops is better than 0.02% fluorometholone eye drops alone in the treatment of severe vernal keratoconjunctivitis.
