摘 要:目的:调查西安市三级甲等(简称三甲)医院低年资护士疼痛认知情况并分析其影响因素。方法:以问卷形式调查西安市三所三甲医院457名低年资护士的疼痛认知情况,分析其影响因素并提出管理对策。结果:低年资护士疼痛认知水平普遍偏低,疼痛处理能力不足;低年资护士所在科室及是否接受疼痛知识教育与其疼痛认知情况相关(P<0.05)。结论:低年资护士疼痛知识缺乏,影响对患者的疼痛评估及处理,建议医院开展规范化疼痛管理培训,以提高低年资护士疼痛认知度和临床护理质量。Objective :To investigate the cognitive situation of pain in junior nurses in the grade Ⅲ class A hospitals in Xi'an City and analyze the influencing factors. Methods : The questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the cognitive situation of pain in 457 junior nurses of 3 grade Ⅲ class A hospitals in Xi'an City and the influencing factors was analyzed so as to put forward the management counter- measures. Results : The cognitive level of pain in junior nurses was lower and they lacked the ability to deal with it. The cognitive level of pain in junior nurses was correlated with the education they received ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : The lack of knowledge of pain in junior nur- ses has directly influenced the assessment and treatment of pain of patients. The standardized training on pain management can improve the cognitive level of junior nurses and the quality of clinical nursing as well.
