复方珊瑚糊剂的细胞毒性评价

摘　　要：目的 :采用体外细胞培养法评价复方珊瑚糊剂的细胞毒性。方法 :选用L92 9小鼠成纤维细胞为靶细胞 ,同时对复方珊瑚糊剂及其各主要成分浸渍液进行细胞毒性检测 ,于 3d、7d测其OD值 ,计算细胞相对增值率 ,用 6级毒性分类法评级。并进行形态学观察。结果 :培养期各组细胞大量增殖 ,形态正常 ,毒性级为 0～ 1级。结论 :复方珊瑚糊剂是一种具有良好细胞生物相容性材料。Objective: To assess the cytotoxicity of coral paste with MTT methods. Methods: Cytotoxicities of coral paste and its main components were examined with MTT assay. In this study, L929 cells were used as the target cells. The OD value was tested on the 3rd and 7th day. The cell reproductive rates of each group were calculated. The toxicity gradation was decided by six-grade. The morphology of cells was observed on the 3rd and 7th day. Results: There was proliferation of mouse fibroblast L929 cells which showed normal morphology. The toxicity gradation of each group was 0～1. Conclusion: The coral paste is a kind of material with good cellular compatibility.
