Fogarty导管治疗急性动静脉内瘘血栓形成36例临床分析

摘　　要：目的观察并分析Fogarty导管治疗急性动静脉内瘘血栓形成36例的效果及相关影响因素。方法采集并分析2009年1月～2012年10月本科收治并使用Fogarty导管溶栓治疗的36例急性动静脉内瘘血栓形成患者的资料。结果 32例采用Fogarty导管取栓成功,血液透析血流量达250 ml/min以上。随访患者半年以上,其中3例再次发生内瘘血栓。结论对于早期的动静脉内瘘血栓形成,DSA引导下使用Fogarty导管进行动静脉内瘘取栓治疗效果好,特别是早期成功率极高,且创伤小,延长了自体动静脉内瘘的使用寿命。Objective To observe and analyze the effect and relative demographic variables of fogarty catheter in treat- ment of patients with acute thrombosis of arteriovenous fistulas in 36 cases. Methods The data of 36 patients with acute thrombosis of arteriovenous fistulas,who accepted fogarty catheter thrombolysis therapy in our department from January 2009 to October 2012,were collected and analyzed. Results 32 cases succeeded in embolectomy by fogarty catheter,blood flow of hemodialysis was more than 250 ml/min.Following up for more than half a year,fistula thrombus recurred in 3 cases. Conclusion DSA guided fogarty catheter arteriovenous fistula thrombectomy has a good effect in treatment of early thrombosis of arteriovenous fistulas,especially the early success rate is very high,and trauma is small. It prolongs the service life of autogenous arterio-venous fistulas.
