摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜与胃镜联合治疗胃肠道间质瘤（GIST）的效果和可行性。方法28例采用腹腔镜与胃镜双镜联合进行瘤体切除。结果双镜联合治疗的所有患者均完整切除瘤体，术中及术后均无出现并发症，术后随访无复发。结论腹腔镜与胃镜双镜联合治疗胃肠道间质瘤具有创伤小、安全、住院时间短、恢复快的优点。Objective To explore the efficacy and feasibility of Laparoscopy and gastroscope in gastrointestinal stromal tumor therapy. Methods 28 patients under- went laparoscopy combined with gastroscope. Results The tumer was resected comp -letely in all. All patients underwent laparoscopy combined with gastroscope. All patients No complications after the operation. Patients remained good function after the tumor resection. Conclusion Laparoscopy combined with gastroscope are mini- malinvasive, safe, short in hospital time, and rapid recovery in gastrointestinal stromal tumor therapy.
