摘　　要：摘要运动疗法是偏瘫康复训练中的重要内容，训练过程中常使用多种辅助器具帮助完成动作或提高治疗效果。篮球具有灵活、方便、实用等特点，可作为一种优良的辅助训练器具应用于偏瘫康复训练，对患者肌力、运动控制能力及协调性的恢复及提高有很好的作用。Movement therapy takes an important role in the rehabilitation of hemiplegia. Kinds of appliance are usually introduced to help completing actions or improving treatment efficacy in the process of rehabilitation. Basketball is characterized with instability, convenience, utility, which can be used as an excellent appliance assisted in enhancing muscle strength, improving movement-control or coordinating action, etc.
