摘　　要：目的探讨高迁移率族蛋白B1（HMGB1）在淋巴瘤患者中的表达及其意义。方法收集27例不同类型淋巴瘤患者化疗前后的血清样本，酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA）检测HMGB1水平，与35名健康对照进行比较，并对其表达水平变化与患者疗效及预后的关系进行分析。结果患者化疗前2天、化疗后第8天的HMGB1水平分别为（66．24±29．96）ng／ml、（48．63±23．69）ng／ml，高于对照组的（4．89±2．43）ng／ml（P〈0．001），化疗后HMGB1水平较化疗前降低（P=0．003），27例患者中有20例化疗后第8天HMGB1水平下降。化疗前后HMGBl水平比值与患者疗效有关（P=0．029），HMGB1比值≤1是淋巴瘤患者的不良预后因素（P=0．038）。结论淋巴瘤患者血清HMGB1水平较健康人群高，检测其化疗前后水平变化有助于疗效判定及预后评估。Objective To investigate the expression of high-mobility group box I（HMGB1） protein in lymphoma patients and its clinical significance. Methods The pre- and post-chemotherapy serum samples from 27 lymphoma patients of different types were collected and the serum HMGB1 concentrations were determined with ELISA and compared to 35 normal individuals, the impact on serum HMGB1 levels and patients response and prognosis was analyzed. Results The serum HMGB1 levels （pre- and post- chemotherapy） in lymphoma patient [（66.24 ＋ 29.96） ng/ml, （48.63 ＋ 23.69） ng/ml] were higher than those of controls＂ [（4.89 - 2.43） ng/ml] （P 〈 0.001）, decreased serum HMGB1 levels on day 8 post-chemotherapy were observed in 20 out of 27 patients （P = 0.003）. The prc- and post-chemotherapy serum HMGB1 level changes were associated with treatment response （P = 0.029）, and survival analysis showed the serum HMGB1 level changes had an impact on patient survival （P = 0.038）. Conclusion HMGB1 serum level is significantly elevated in lymphoma patients,determination of pre- and post-chemotherapy serum HMGB1 levels may aid response evaluation and prognosis assessment.
