摘　　要：从企业利益驱动和投入拉动两个层面探讨了企业技术创新的动力,发现R&D人员数量、经费投入、新产品产值和对外出口额对不同类型的高新技术企业产生的技术创新推动效应存在显著差异;拥有专利发明数整体上看对大多数类型企业的创新推动力显著为正。In this paper, we discuss the incentive of enterprise technological innovation from the enterprise benefits and investment, finding the promotion effect of technological innovation of new products output and foreign exports of high-tech enterprises of different types of R＆D the number of personnel, funds, there are significant differences ; on the whole, patent number is significantly positive to innovation motivation for most types of enterprise.
