摘　　要：介绍了能耗模拟分析工具的产生、发展和现有的几种主要软件类型。探讨了适合于课程实践的能耗模拟工具软件,将两种软件的实践应用结果进行了对比,并对两种软件在建筑设备实践课程教学中的应用进行了分析,提出了软件课程实践的建议。The generation and development of the main energy simulation tools were indicated. The appropriate tools in the course practice were discussed. The practical applications of the two software results were compared. The software applications in the construction equipment practice courses were analyzed. The recommendation of the practice of software was presented.
