摘　　要：采用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法对国家级社会体育指导员的专业能力进行研究,目的是建立国家级社会体育指导员的专业能力评价体系,并对长三角地区国家级社会体育指导员的专业能力进行评价。研究结果:1)建立国家级社会体育指导员专业能力评价体系,包括3个一级指标,9个二级指标和25个三级指标,并利用层次分析法确立了不同指标的权重系数。2)长三角地区国家级社会体育指导员专业能力评价结果为,总体上江苏最高,浙江次之,上海最低。三个一级指标来看,健身理论指导与咨询能力为江苏>上海>浙江,健身过程组织与控制能力为江苏>浙江>上海,而健身效果评价与研究能力为浙江>上海>江苏。3)本研究的方法和评价体系可以为管理部门提供参考,也为其他相关研究提供借鉴。In this paper, using the methods of literature review, interview, questionnaire and mathematical statis-tics method to conduct a study on the professional competence of the national social sports instructor. The purpose is to establish the professional competence of the national social sports instructor evaluation system and use the es-tablished evaluation system to evaluate the professional competence of the national social sports instructor in the Yangtze River Delta region. Findings show ： 1 ） The establishment of national social sports instructor evaluation sys-tem of professional competence, including a three-level indicators, nine secondary indicators and 25 three indica- tors and establish different indicators using AHP weighting coefficient. 2） The results of the evaluation of the na- tional social sports instructor professional competence of the Yangtze River Delta region, Jiangsu highest overall, followed by Zhejiang, Shanghai minimum. For the three-level indicators, fitness theoretical guidance and counse- ling capacity, Jiangsu 〉 Shanghai 〉 Zhejiang; fitness process organizations with the ability to control, Jiangsu 〉 Zhejiang 〉 Shanghai ; fitness evaluation and research capabilities, Zhejiang 〉 Shanghai 〉 Jiangsu. 3 ） The re-search methods and evaluation system can provide a reference for the relevant administrative departments, and also provide references for other research.
