我国优秀小级别散打运动员前侧踹腿和后鞭腿技术预见指标体系的构建与量化研究

摘　　要：通过文献资料、专家访问、实验调查、数理统计等方法,对武汉体育学院和湖北省体工大队8名优秀小级别男子散打运动员进行了不同技术动作组合预见能力的测试,研究显示:1)前侧踹腿、后鞭腿直接打击不同高度时散打运动员水平距离变化具有高度显著性P<0.01。侧踹腿打击胸腹水平距离与腿长、髋宽的二元线性回归方程回归效果高度显著。侧踹腿打击大腿水平距离与腿长、髋宽的二元线性回归方程回归效果显著。后鞭腿打击胸腹水平距离与腿长、髋宽的二元线性回归方程回归效果高度显著。后鞭腿打击大腿水平距离与腿长、髋宽的二元线性回归方程回归效果高度显著。2)拳法直接打击时散打运动员水平距离变化差异具有显著性P<0.05。后手直拳打击水平距离与手长、肩宽的二元线性回归方程回归效果显著。后手摆拳打击水平距离与手长、肩宽的二元线性回归方程回归效果显著。前手直拳打击水平距离与手长、肩宽的二元线性回归方程回归效果高度显著。前手摆拳打击水平距离与手长、肩宽的二元线性回归方程回归效果显著。3)后鞭腿、前侧踹腿直接打击不同高度时散打运动员角度变化具有高度显著性P<0.01。4)后鞭腿、前侧踹腿直接打击不同高度时散打运动员重心变化具有高度显著性P<0.01。旨为散打教学和训练提供定量的数据和理论参考。Through the methods of literature review,expert interview,experimental research and mathematical statistics,this paper has studied the prediction abilities of different techniques combination among 8 excellent free combat man players in small rank of Wuhan P.E.College and Hubei Professional Free Combat Team.And the result shows： firstly,there exists distinct significance of the players＇ horizontal distance changes when they hit directly with front side kick or back round horse kick from different heights（P 0.01）.The binary linear regression equation＇s regression results between horizontal distance of side kick again chest and leg length and hip wide is significant.And the one between the horizontal distance of side kick against thigh and leg length and hip wide is significant.The one between the horizontal distance of back kick against thigh and leg length and hip wide is significant.Secondly,there are distinct significance of the players＇ horizontal distance changes when they hit directly with fist position（P 0.05）.The binary linear regression equation＇s regression results between horizontal distance of back hand straight blow against and hand length and shoulder width are obvious.The one between horizontal distance of back hand swing blow against and hand length and shoulder width are highly obvious.The one between horizontal distance of front hand straight blow against and hand length and shoulder width are highly obvious.The one between horizontal distance of front hand swing blow against and hand length and shoulder width are highly obvious.Next,there exists distinct significance of the players＇ angle changes when they hit directly with back round horse kick or front side kick from different heights（P 0.01）.Last,there exists distinct significance of the players＇ gravity center changes when they hit directly with back round horse kick or front side kick from different heights（P 0.01）,which aims to provide fixed statistics and theory for teaching and training free combat.
