南京市独立学院体育师资队伍现状分析与对策研究

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、问卷调查法和专家访谈等方法,对南京市13所独立学院体育师资队伍现状进行分析。得出独立学院专职体育教师队伍现状,并提出完善独立学院体育师资队伍的建议。研究结果表明,独立学院专职体育教师数量不能满足体育教学的需要;职称结构较低;科研水平初级;兼职教师人员流动性大、稳定性差。增加专职体育教师数量、提高其科研水平和外出参加进修培训或学术交流活动是优化师资队伍结构和提高教学水平的重要途径。Using the methods of literature, questionnaire and expert interview, this article analyses the present situation of PE teachers in 13 independent colleges in Nanjing city and puts forward some advice on im- provement of physical education teachers of independent colleges. The research results show that the number of full - time teachers can not meet the needs of independent college sports teaching; the title structure is low; the level of scientific research of primary; part - time teacher personnel mobility, poor stability. Increasing the number of full - time teachers, improving their scientific research level and going out to participate in training or academic exchange activities are the important ways to optimize the structure of teachers and improve the teaching level.
