种猪活体测膘部位研究

摘　　要：测定了杜×长二杂仔猪 48头 5个部位 1 5个测点的活体背膘厚 ,并屠宰测定了 2 7头猪只的胴体性状 ,用SAS统计软件包进行相关分析。结果表明 ,最后肋骨处和腰荐结合处距背中线 5cm的背膘厚 (B5 和C5 )Backfat thickness of 48 pigs(Duroc×Landrace)were measured at 5 positions(15 measurement points in total)from 30kg to 100kg live weight with ultrasound.27 pigs of them were slaughtered and carcass traits were measured.All the data were analyzed with Statistic Analysis System(SAS).The results showed that the best measurement points were at the joint of thorax lumber and lumber sacrum 5 cm from the back line.
