胡豆、豌豆、啤酒糟、酒糟、蚕蛹等几种饲料的猪回肠氨基酸真消化率测定

摘　　要：用 6头施以回直肠吻合术的长×太杂交阉公猪按两个 3× 3拉丁方设计 ,以蚕蛹、啤酒糟的半纯合日粮和无氮日粮为一组 ,胡豆、豌豆、五粮液酒糟的半纯合日粮为另一组 ,测定这几种饲料的氨基酸表观消化率 ;试验包括 4天预试期、 4天正试期和 6天恢复期。预试期和正试期喂给试验日粮 ,在正试期收集 4天回肠食糜。恢复期内喂给恢复期日粮。试验结果表明 ,无氮日粮法 (NFD)测定的内源氨基酸排泄量总和为 7 6 9g。蚕蛹、啤酒糟、五粮液酒糟、胡豆和豌豆的表观平均值为 77 37%、 74 71 %、 43 2 6 %、 5 5 74%和 5 4 92 % ;而NFD法求得的氨基酸真消化率为 88 2 2 %、 81 98%、 5 7 46 %、 73 0 6 %和 71 0 5 %。Experiment was carried out with 6 crossbred(Landrace×Taihu)castrated male pigs with ileo rectal anastomoses(IRA) according to two 3×3 latin design The first group included semi purified diets of chrysalis,brewer's grains(dried)and protein free diets The second group included semi purified diets of fababean,pea,distiller's grain(dried) The test diets was offered for 8 day period,the ileal digesta was collected in the last four days Then the pigs were fed with the adaptive diet in neighbored 6 day abaptation The total of endogenous amino acids determined by protein free diet (NFD) method were 7 69g,average of apparent ileal amino acids digestibility of chrysalis,brewers gains(dried),fababean,pea,distillers amino acids digestibility of those foodstuffs determined by the NFD method were as follows:88 22%,81 98%,57 46%,73 06% and 71 05%,respectively
