摘 要:目的评估无线调频系统在改善人工耳蜗植入儿童聆听效果中的作用。方法采用儿童助听系统评估问卷(Amplification Evaluation for Children),对26名在机构康复的人工耳蜗植入儿童佩戴无线调频系统前后的聆听效果进行比较分析。结果对安静环境、嘈杂环境、远距离以及所有情景下的总体得分进行比较,仅使用助听设备与使用助听设备加无线调频系统之间均有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。结论人工耳蜗植入儿童使用无线调频系统后,聆听效果明显改善。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of frequency-modulated(FM) system in improving the hearing abilities of hearing-impaired children with cochlear implants. Methods Questionnaires were used to investigate 26 children with cochlear implants and the hearing abilities were compared before and after using the FM system. Results The scores of the subjects in quiet, in noise,from long distance and the total scores when using FM system and cochlear implant were all significantly higher than the scores when they used cochlear implants only(P〈0.05). Conclusion Children with cochlear implants made significant improvement in hearing abilities with use of a personal FM system.
