小细胞肺癌合并肌无力综合征7例临床分析

摘　　要：目的针对小细胞肺癌合并肌无力综合征作出临床总结,指导临床诊治。方法回顾分析7例确诊小细胞肺癌合并肌无力综合征病例资料。结果本组男女比例为6:1;平均年龄61岁;7例患者首发症状均以肌无力综合征症状为主;CT检查表现肺癌征象(7/7),其中伴有远处转移(1/7);肌电图多无神经元性及肌源性损害者(6/7),高频刺激均表现为波幅增高;新斯的明实验表现为症状稍缓解(5/7),无缓解者(2/7);肌疲劳实验结果以暂时缓解居多(6/7);抗肿瘤治疗有助于肌无力综合征症状改善(5/7);随访显示肌无力综合征症状与小细胞肺癌病情有一定关联性。结论小细胞肺癌合并肌无力综合征存在特征性表现,这有利于指导临床诊治。Objective To analyze the characteristics of 7 patients with small cell lung cancer combined with lamber-eaton syndrome and guide the clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods The characteristics of 7patients with small cell lung cancer combined with lamber-eaton syndrome were retrospectively analyzed.Results The male to female ratio of 7patients was 6 ： 1and the average age was 61years;Initial symptom of 7patients was lamber-eaton syndrome;The results of CT examination showed signs of lung cancer（7 / 7）;The results of EMG showed no more neurons and myogenic damage（6 / 7）;The results of high-frequency stimulation showed an increased volatility;The results of neostigmine experiment showed a little relief of symptoms（5 / 7） and no remission（2 / 7）;The results of muscle fatigue test showed temporarily relieve of symptoms（6 / 7）;Anti-tumor therapy could improve the lamber-eaton syndrome（5 / 7）;The results of followed-up showed that there was certain relevance between the lamber-eaton syndrome and the small cell lung cancer.Conclusion Patients with small cell lung cancer combined with lamber-eaton syndrome have certain characteristic,which is benefical to guide the clinical diagnosis.
