摘  要:目的 建立甘草中甘草苷的荧光含量测定方法.方法 采用二维和三维荧光,进行含量测定.结果 以L-色氨酸为参比,测得甘草苷荧光量子产率为0.007 1.根据甘草苷的二维和三维荧光光谱图,研究了酸度对其荧光特性的影响.在0.107 8~8.192 0 μg·mL-1范围内,甘草苷浓度与其荧光强度呈良好的线性关系,检出限为0.392 0 μg·mL-1.利用荧光光谱法测定甘草中甘草苷的含量为7.63%,平均回收率为99.96%.结论 该方法简便快捷,灵敏度高,可用于甘草中甘草苷的含量测定.Objective To establish a fluorescence spectrometry method for determination of liquiritin in Glycyrrhiza uralensis. Methods The two dimension(2D) and three dimension (3D) fluorescence spectrometry was employed. Results The fluorescence quantum yield of liquiritin was 0. 007 1 with L-tryptophan as a standard. Impact of acid on fluorescent characteristic was studied by 2D and 3D fluorescence spectrometry. The good linear response was showed within the range of 0. 107 8-8. 192 0 μg · mL-1( r= 0.994 5 ), with the detection limit of 0.392 0 μg ·mL 1. The content of liquiritin in Glycyrrhiza uralensis was determined as 7.63%, and the average recovery was 99.96%. Conclusion The approach is simple, quick and accurate, which can be used for the quality control of liquiritin in Glycyrrhiza uralensis.
