摘 要:研究修剪后枝条剪口的皮层总酚变化特征,为指导苹果树修剪及枝条剪口的保护提供科学依据。以"长富二号"和"玉华早富"苹果树梢及1年生枝条为试验材料,采用Folin-Ciocalteu比色法,研究了苹果枝(梢)在秋剪、冬剪和冬剪在剪口涂保护剂后其皮层总酚含量的变化特征。结果表明:1)秋季苹果树梢在修剪后其剪口皮层的总酚变化范围为7.749~10.159mg/g FW,冬季苹果树1年生枝条在修剪后其剪口皮层的总酚变化范围为10.606~12.612mg/g FW。2)秋季苹果树梢在修剪后其剪口皮层的总酚含量随剪后暴露时间的延长呈"先快速升高-后逐渐下降-再缓慢回升趋于正常"的变化趋势。3)冬季苹果树1年生枝条在修剪后其剪口皮层的总酚含量稳定在12.000mg/g FW左右。4)保护剂对冬季剪口皮层的总酚含量无明显影响(p>0.05)。修剪能明显改变苹果枝(梢)剪口皮层酚类物质的代谢。In order to guide the pruning management of apple trees and provide scientific basis for the pro tection of the cutting area during prunning, the contents of phenols in the barks around cutting area were measured by Folin-Ciocalteu method under different treatments: pruning in autumn,pruning in winter, and pruning in winter with the application of protection agent in cutting area. The results demonstrated that: 1) With autumn pruning management, the content of phenols ranged from 7. 749 to 10. 159 mg/g FW, and from 10. 606 to 12. 612 mg/g FW for winter pruning. 2) In pruning in autumn treatment, the content of phenols exhibited a pattern of rapid increase, then gradual decrease, and slow returning to stable state along with exposure time. 3) In the treatment of pruning in winter, the total phenols content maintained at about 12. 000 mg/g FW. 4) In the treatment of pruning in winter and applying protection agent, the protection had no significant effect on the change of the total phenols eontent (p〉0.05), indicating that prun-ing had a significant effect on the total phenol metabolism of apple branches.
