摘 要:文章在对现有企业综合评价模型进行深入研究的基础上,将"投入-产出"、平衡计分卡、绩效棱柱这三种经典模型进行了融合优化,建立了一套综合绩效评价模型。有效地规避了传统模型的缺陷,实现了企业综合评价模型的灵活性与实用性的平衡。In recent years,as economic globalization continues to deepen,the market gets increasingly active.Comprehensive performance evaluation has become the focus concern problem of academics,consultants and general enterprises.On the basis of in-depth study of excellent existing comprehensive evaluation model,general "input-output",the balanced scorecard and performance prism these three classical models together,and set up a three-dimensional enterprise integrated performance evaluation model.It has avoided the defects of traditional model effectively and implemented the balance of the comprehensive evaluation model of flexibility and practicability.
