职业化视角下大学章程中校长产生机制研究

摘　　要：现代大学治理是以章程为制度载体的治理,现代的大学校长是职业化和专业化的大学校长,作为大学宪章的章程中应明确对于校长的相关规定,而我国无论从国家层面还是实践层面大学章程中关于大学校长的规定还仅限于校长权力及对校长权力的监督,对校长产生机制的规定仍属空白。因此,我们有必要对这个问题进行深入的研究和探讨,在大学章程中准确的定位大学校长的来源、大学校长的要求、大学校长的产生程序等校长产生机制的内容,以保证大学章程能够成为大学发展的助推器,大学校长能成为大学的领导核心和灵魂。Charter is carrier of the modern university governance and modern university presidents are professional and specialization. Charter as the university constitution should be clear for the relevant provisions of the principals. From either the national level or the practical level, the Charter of the University regulations on university presidents is also limited in the principal powers and supervision of the principal powers in our country. The provisions of the principal generation mechanism is still a blank. We have the necessary indepth study and discussion on this issue. In the university charter we should accurate positioning the content of chancellor mechanisms such as sources of university presidents, university presidents requirements and the university presidents generation procedures. Our aim is to ensure that the charter of the University to become the university development boosters, university presidents can become the core and soul of the university＇s leadership.
