电话随访对精神分裂症患者遵医行为及健康行为的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨电话随访对精神分裂症患者遵医行为及健康行为的影响。方法将100例恢复期精神分裂症患者随机分为两组，每组50例。两组患者均常规应用抗精神病药物治疗，出院前接受出院指导，研究组出院后接受电话随访。随访1a。采用自制遵医行为和健康行为问卷调查患者的遵医行为和健康行为。结果随访1a末，研究组遵医行为及健康行为的活动与休息、合理饮食、情绪控制、睡眠方面均显著优于对照组（P〈0．01），社会适应方面与对照组比较差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。结论电话随访能提高精神分裂症患者的遵医行为和健康行为，有利于患者的康复。Objective To explore the influences of telephone follow-up on compli ance and health behavior of schizophrenic. Methods A total of 100 convalescence schizophrenics were randomly assigned to two groups of 50 ones each. Both groups received routine antipsychotic treatment and discharge guidance before discharge, research group did telephone follow-up after discharge. They were followed up for 1 year. Compliance and health behaviors were surveyed with the Self-made Compliance and Health Behavior Questionnaire （SCHQ）. Results At the end of 1-year follow-up, activity/rest, reasonable diet, emotional control, sleep score were significantly higher in research than control group （P〈0.01） there was no significant group difference in social adaption （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Telephone follow up could improve schizophrenics＇ compliance and health behavior and is beneficial to patients＇ rehabilitation.
