摘 要:目的探讨系统健康教育对抑郁症患者康复的影响。方法将80例抑郁症患者随机分为两组,每组40例。两组均给予常规药物治疗及护理,观察组在此基础上联合系统健康教育。观察8周。于治疗前及治疗4周、8周末采用汉密顿抑郁量表评定临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组汉密顿抑郁量表评分均较治疗前显著降低(P〈0.01),观察组显著低于对照组(P〈0.05或0.01)。结论对抑郁症患者实施系统健康教育能有效控制患者的抑郁症状,提高康复效果,显著优于单用药物治疗。Objective To explore the influences of systemic health education on the rehabilitation of depression patients. Methods Eighty depression patients were randomly assigned to two groups of 40 ones each. Both groups received routine drug treatment and nursing, observation group was plus systemic health education for 8 weeks. Efficacies were assessed with the Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) at baseline and the end of the 4^th and 8^th week. Results The HAMD scores of both groups lowered more significantly after treatment compared with pretreatment (P〈0.01) and that was significantly lower in observation than control group (P〈0.05 or 0.01). Conclusion Systemic health education could effectively con trol depressive symptoms and increase rehabilitation outcome in depression patient compared with single drug treatment.
