摘　　要：根据软测量技术,通过机理建模,提出利用煤粉混合后管道内的压差计算煤粉浓度的方法。在理论基础上,根据某电厂的实际情况进行了实验验证,结果表明,压差与煤粉浓度间存在很好的线性关系。该方法简单、高效、实用,适合工程应用。Based on soft-sensor technique, with mechanism model, the paper presents a new method that pulverized-coal concentration is calculated by using pressure drop from mixing pulverized coal. According to theoretical basis, it does experimental verification in a plant. The results show that a strong linear correlation is observed between pressure drop and pulverized-coal concentration. It indicates that the method is simple, efficient, practical, and suitable for engineering application.
