哈金的《移民作家》与“家”之情愫

摘　　要：哈金新近之作《移民作家》通过对旅居海外移民作家的讨论,重在指出移民作家应该成为本民族的代言人;他们在用他国语言创作时应汲取本民族语言之精华,将其融入自己的书写之中,从而形成移民作家自己独特的风格;移民作家应该用笔在故土之外构建一个属于自己的精神家园。纵观哈金的作品,＂家＂之主题总是贯穿其中,这一情结的产生与作者特殊的移民身份不无关系。Through a discussion of overseas diasporic writers,Ha Jin＇s new essay collection The Writer as Migrant points out that a migrant writer should be a spokesman for his native country,in order to form a writing style of his own in an adopted language,the writer should take in the quintessence from his native culture and bind it together in his own writing,and that he should construct a spiritual home away from his native one.Examining Ha Jin＇s writing,one may find that almost all of his works have ＇Home＇ theme included,which is for sure caused by his immigrant identity.
