胃特丸治疗消化性溃疡及抗复发治疗

摘　　要：目的:胃特丸治疗消化性溃疡效果与1年后复发进行临床观察研究。方法:将900例消化溃疡患者,采取随机分组。治疗组300例口服我院自制胃特水丸;对照Ⅰ组300例口服胃康灵胶囊(黑龙江葵花药业股份有限公司生产);对照Ⅱ组300例使用西药三联(果胶铋胶囊.甲硝唑片.氨卡西林胶囊)。结果:治疗组总有效率98.6%,一年后复发率7%;对照Ⅰ组总有效率76.4%,1年后复发率94%;对照Ⅱ组总有效率73%,1年后复发率92%;三组对照有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:胃特丸治疗消化性溃疡效果显著,复发率低。Objective： To observe and study the effects of stomach shot on peptic ulcer and its recurrence one year later.Methods： We randomly divided Nice hundred cases of patients with chronic peptic ulcer into three groups.In treatment group,three hundred cases were treated by our self-produced stomach water pills;in Comparison I group,three hundred examples took stomach KangLing capsule orally（Heilongjiang Sunflower pharmaceutical Co.LTD.Production）;in Comparison Ⅱ group,three hundred cases took the western medicine（pectin bismuth capsule Metronidazole piece.Ampicillin capsule）.Results：The total effectiveness rate of treatment group reached 98.6%,and the recurrence rate one year later reached 7%;in comparison I group the total effectiveness rate came to 76.4 %,and the recurrence rate came to 94%;in comparison II group the total effectiveness rate was 76.4 %,and the recurrence rate was 92 %.The contrasts among three groups were significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The stomach shot has a significant effect on the treatment of peptic ulcerthe with low recurrence rate,and has an important application value.
