摘　　要：寝室卫生对大学生的身心发展起着潜移默化的作用,加强寝室卫生管理、改善寝室卫生状况成为新时期谐校园建设的重要组成部分。针对目前大学生寝室卫生不容乐观的现状,笔者结合实际工作,分析大学生寝室卫生较差的原因,提出相应的管理对策,为提高寝室卫生重要性的认识、加强寝室卫生管理、改善寝室卫生状况、促进大学生身心健康发展提供了参考。Dormitory hygiene plays a subde role in the physical and mental development of university students, so the dormitory hygiene management and improvement become an important part of the harmonic campus construction in the new era. For the present sanitary conditions not being optimistic in university dormitory, the author analyzed the reasons of poor students＇ dormitory hygiene and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to improve the hygiene combined with practical work. This paper provides a reference to improve awareness of the importance of dormitory hygiene, to strengthen the dormitory management, to improve the status of the dormitory hygiene, and to promote the development of university students physical and mental health.
