摘　　要：目的评价氢氧化钙/曲安奈德糊剂根管封药预防根管治疗约诊间痛的临床效果。方法 386例慢性根尖周炎、牙髓坏死、残根、残冠,需行根管治疗的患者,随机分为2组,每组193例。试验组用氢氧化钙/曲安奈德糊剂封药,对照组用甲醛甲酚(FC)封药。结果试验组急症发生率(5%)显著低于对照组(30%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论氢氧化钙/曲安奈德糊剂能有效预防根管治疗期间急症的发生和降低约诊间疼痛程度。Objective To evaluate the effect of adopting Calcium hydroxide/Triamcinolone acetonide paste to seal off the root canal on preventing from endodontic interappointment pain. Methods 386 cases of chronic periapical periodontitis, pulp necrosis, remaining root and remaining crowns that needed to treat the root canal were divided in two groups randomly. The study group used Calcium hydroxide/Triamcinolone acetonide paste as seal off medicine, the control group used FC. Each group had 193 samples. Results The incidence of endodontic interappointment pain＇in study group was 5%, obviously lower than 30% in control group （P〈0.01）, Conclusion Calcium hydroxide/Triameinolone acetonide paste can effectively prevent the endodontic interappointment pain.
