摘　　要：高等教育国际化对大学英语教师的专业发展提出了更高的要求。大学英语教师专业发展的方向是改革大学英语教学模式,突破传统学科界限,依托专业进行英语教学,进而提高学生的英语学习兴趣与大学英语教学质量。The internationalization of higher education has put forward higher requirements for the professional development of college English teachers.The objective of the professional development is to reform the mode of college English teaching,go beyond the traditional disciplinary boundaries and rely on the specialty to the bilingual teaching, and improve the students＇ interest in learning English and the quality of college English teaching by using a bilingual teaching.
