摘  要:制约高校创新型人才培养的因素主要有:应试教育的思维和模式、过度行政化的体制、实用主义的考核机制、教学与生产实践相脱离。加强高校创新型人才培养要确立创新教育理念,推进有利于创新型人才培养的课程和教学改革,完善高校教师和大学生的考核评价机制,紧密结合高校教育和社会生产实践,营造创新型人才培养的环境,并赋予高校创新型人才培养的自主权。Major factors to restrict innovative talents training in universities include the thinking and mode of ex- amination-oriented education, the excessive administrative system, the pragmatic assessment mechanism and the sepa- ration between teaching and production practices. To strengthen the innovative talents training, it is necessary to estab- lish the innovative-education concept, to promote the reform of curriculum and teaching conducive to the cultivation of innovative talents, improve the assessment mechanism of university teachers and college students, to create the envi- ronment of innovative talents training in close connection with higher education and social production practice, and to offer universities the autonomy of innovative talents training.
