摘  要:为了解决肥水灌溉容易造成过滤器堵塞的问题,利用电磁力学原理,在原有过滤器结构的基础上提出了一种脉冲反冲洗结构形式.根据该种结构形式,开展了针对不同的脉冲频率开关电磁阀对过滤器进行反冲洗的实验,实验证明:在肥水灌溉过程中,以一定脉冲频率开关电磁阀对过滤网上的附着物清除具有一定作用,采用这种反冲洗方式可以实现过滤器的清洗.In order to solve the problem that the filter is likely to be blocked by liquid manure in the process of irrigating,an impulse backwashing form that is based on the original filter structure is presented by using the principles of electromagnetic mechanics.Then according to the structure,some experimental studies are made in which the filter is backwashed by controlling the electromagnetic valve with different frequencies of impulse.The results of the experiments show that it is effective that clearing the attachments in some meshes of the filter with a certain frequency of pulse controlling electromagnetic valve to switch on/off in the process of irrigating with liquid manure,so the filter can be cleared by the form of impulse backwashing equipment.
