摘  要:介绍了气相色谱-质谱内标法测定苹果中哒螨灵残留量不确定度的方法,建立了不确定度评定的数学模型,分析了不确定度的来源,并对不确定度分量进行量化和合成。评定结果表明,标准曲线拟合、标准溶液配制和量取体积所产生的不确定度分量较大;苹果中哒螨灵含量为0.0900mg/kg时,其扩展不确定度为0.0044mg/kg(k=2)。The method of uncertainty evaluation for the residues of Pyridaben in apples by correction factors of internal standard method in GC-MS was introduced and the mathematical model of uncertainty evaluation was established. The sources of uncertainty that may be introduced were analyzed and each component of uncertainty was quantified and combined. The results showed that the curve fitting, configuration of standard solution and volume were the main sources of uncertainty, and the expanded uncertainty was 0.004 4 mg/kg (k = 2) as the residues of Pyridaben in apples was 0.090 0 mg/kg.
