摘  要:为提高吴茱萸挥发油的稳定性,保证组分的药效,对超临界CO2萃取的黔产吴茱萸挥发油进行超声法β-环糊精包合工艺的最佳条件优选研究。采用正交试验设计,考察包合温度、β-环糊精与挥发油比例、包合时间等因素对包合工艺的影响,以包合物得率和挥发油包合率为指标,优选吴茱萸挥发油的β-环糊精包合工艺。结果表明:超声法,包合温度40℃,β-环糊精与挥发油比例8∶1,饱和时间2h为最佳包合条件,包合物得率为61.54%,包合率为74.25%。In order to improve stability of the volatile oil from E.rutaecarpa,and ensure the component efficacy,optimal selection of the best conditions of the ultrasound method β-cyclodextrin inclusion process of volatile oil form E.rutaecarpa in Guizhou was conducted by supercritical CO2 extraction.By using orthogonal design method,the authors took the effects of inclusion temperature,proportion of β-cyclodextrin and volatile oil,including time,yield of inclusion and the utilization rate of volatile oil as indexes,to optimize the inclusion process.The results showed that the optimal inclusion condition by ultrasonic method were inclusion temperature 40℃,β-cyclodextrin-volatile oil ratio 8 ∶ 1,inclusion time 2 h,the yield of inclusion complexes was 61.54% with the inclusion rate of 74.25%.
