摘 要:运用有限元分析软件Ansoft10对磁阻线圈型电磁发射器工作过程进行了数值仿真,分析了发射过程中的弹丸受力分布情况,并利用磁阻线圈型电磁发射器实验平台开展了发射实验研究;实验结果和仿真结果有较好的符合程度,得出以下结论:合理采用炮管材料可以实现发射过程的电磁屏蔽;弹丸在炮管中运动时,受力均匀,弹丸可以稳定地被加速;在一定范围内增大电源电压,弹丸速度会明显增大;线圈发射过程中出现了反向电压,尤其当弹丸速度较大时,电流波形出现明显下滑。The working process of the reluctance coil launcher was numerically simulated using Finite Ele- ment software Ansoft 10 and the force acting on the projectile during the launching process was analyzed. The reluctance coil launching process was experimentalized and the results of which are coincidental to that of the numerical analysis. The conclusions are as follows: the electromagnetic shielding would be realized using the right shielding material; the projectile was equably accelerated during moving in the barrel; the muzzle velocity of the projectile would be remarkably increased by increasing the voltage of the power sup- ply; the back voltage would be induced during the launching process, which would affect the current wave obviously when the velocity of the projectile reached a certain extent.
